·     Certificate of Registration Applications;
Applications for Certificate of Registrations are made to the relevant Local Authority where a proposed facility is located. Gissat can complete applications and offer all additional services that may be required during the application process such as completion of site layout plans, site location maps, representation and attendance at pre-application meetings, liaising with the local authority on behalf of the client.


·     Waste Collection Permit Applications; 
Gissat can complete all waste collection permit applications and submit them to the National Waste Collection Permit Office (NWCPO) on your behalf. Our experts can advise you on waste classifications, waste codes, destination facilities, insurances, fit & proper person requirements and declarations. We can also provide waste collection permit training which may be required for new or start up waste businesses. Gissat can assist on all reporting requirements, including end-of-year returns once you receive your waste collection permit.

Gissat offers a range of technical and advisory services when compiling planning applications; from environmental compliance and ecology surveying to stakeholder consultation and engagement. We have experience in Local Authority planning applications.

Gissat has a team of expert consultants trained in environmental compliance inspections and services. We can offer compliance inspections for all businesses to include any Local Authority regulated or Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulated facility. We currently have a vast range of both private and public sector clients who we carry out client specific environmental compliance inspections.
